These are decisions which do not meet the criteria for a formal key decision to be taken at a policy committee meeting, but are considered important enough to be open to public scrutiny.
This includes all officer decision notices involving a resource commitment of between £100,000 and £500,000 taken in consultation with the relevant policy committee chair.
Officer decision notices are also published when a key decision has been to a policy committee and authority delegated to an officer to take the decision.
